Entertaining the Masses...

Since we had some extra playmates this week, (and we have no internet, cable, or video games) one might wonder how we entertained ourselves.
This week we... Played Games,

Learned to sew,

Played in the clubhouse,

had a tea party,

Made a massive blanket/cardboard box fort,

worked in the kitchen,

Read and studied,

went for a walk,

played with the cats,

and found numerous other ways to keep busy.

Wow. I'm sending my boys to "summer camp" next year. They'd have a ball. I need to take some lessons from you.

I agree with Janna. Wonder Woman all the way.

Love, love, love the shoe train.

Hi, I saw that you commented on my blog, that surprised me since you are Crazymama's sister, and I stalk her, but don't officially know her, and then her sister finds me! What did you mean I was scaring you? With my posts of my child- because he scares me too! Thanks for finding me, interesting that you teach kids with autism, I guess you know what I am talking about in all my psycho posts then!

You always inspire me and now I can see that you are rubbing off on Bittie. What's up with the shoe picture? Something creative I'm sure. HOpe you are having a wonderful summer!

I am impressed with how much they are doing. They look like they are having the kind of summer we did as kids.

Okay my question is this..now that you are "unplugged" are you finding the activities are causing more messes than they would otherwise? My younger two were grounded for a week from electronics and it felt like I was the one punished.

That's better than internet, cable or video games any day. Hands down.
